Definitions
The sale of the products offered on our website www.aethernal.it (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") is governed by the following General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the General Conditions"). The products offered on the Site are sold directly by Annalisa Brogi in Aethernal. The purchase contract and the related procedures are carried out through Paypal and Stripe and are therefore available in all the languages supported by the service.

-The goods shown on the Site are offered for sale exclusively to natural persons who have reached the age of majority.

- The resale, rental or sale of products purchased from the Site for any commercial or professional purpose is expressly prohibited.

- Annalisa Brogi in Aethernal may make changes or amendments to these General Conditions at any time. Therefore, the customer will be required to accept exclusively the General Conditions in force at the time of purchase.

-The customer is asked to read carefully these General Conditions which may also be

displayed and downloaded at any time through the links on the Site’s home page and/or

in the e-mail that Annalisa Brogi in Aethernal will send to the customer in accordance with art. 3.7.

-Purchase

- For each selected product, a web space can be displayed highlighting the photographic images of the item, the unit price, the colours and the different sizes (where applicable).

- Each sale made by Annalisa Brogi in Aethernal through the online sales service (the "Service") may concern one or more products.

The customer chooses the items of his interest, and the description of the products that are sold, including the measures or sizes (if any)together with one or more photographic images in digital format that allow a correct representation of these products available on the Site, will be included in the customer’s cart.

- To view the selected items and the total price of the order you must click on the Shopping Cart icon. The customer is asked to verify the accuracy of the contents of the Cart before confirming the order, by completing the purchase form according to the instructions provided on the corresponding page of the Site and confirming that he has read and accepted these General Conditions.

- If the customer needs to make changes (for example to the item indicated or the number of items) or to make corrections of any errors in the order, it will be necessary to follow the instructions contained in the Site.
-Upon confirmation, the order will be sent directly to Annalisa Brogi in Aethernal. The purchase order will be filed in the system of Annalisa Brogi in Aethernal.

-At the end of the purchase process, we recommend that the customer download, save or print the General Conditions in force at the time the order is completed. The customer will receive

also an e-mail message, to the address provided in the purchase form, containing the confirmation of the main conditions of the purchase itself.

- Although Annalisa Brogi in Aethernal constantly takes steps to ensure that the photographs shown on the Site are faithful reproductions of the original products, including the adoption of any technological solution possible to minimize inaccuracies, some variations are always possible because of the technical characteristics and the characteristics of resolution of the colors of which the computer is equipped by the customer. The order process is complete when the customer selects the "Confirm" option. - The order confirmation is proof of the customer’s acceptance of the provisions of these General Conditions.

- Security of transactions. Transactions on PayPal account are made directly on the PayPal website, and Aethernal is therefore not able to know or store any type of information relating to the Customer’s credit card, because the same are typed directly on the website of the PayPal circuit and managed there through the highest security standards.

Verification of the correctness of the payment data communicated by the customer is the sole responsibility of PayPal.

- The shipment of the order takes place only after the verification of the customer’s PayPal data, which we have carried out with the bank, and after receiving the authorization to debit PayPal address.

-If one or more products are unavailable, only the price and shipping costs of the available products will be charged.

-Limitations in the delivery of products

- Products sold on the Site may only be purchased and delivered in the countries indicated above (Article 2.1). Any orders for shipments to be made outside these countries will be automatically rejected during the order processing process. The products will be shipped to the address indicated at the time of completing the order.

-For security reasons, Aethernal may not send any order addressed to a PO box or accept any order in which it is not possible to identify the private individual recipient of the order and his address.

- Aethernal will make every effort to deliver the products ordered as soon as possible, and to this end it may split an order into several shipments according to the availability of the items. In case of cancellation of the order, no charge will be made to the customer’s credit card. Returns and refunds - Withdrawal

- The exercise of the right of withdrawal from the order by the customer and requests for return and refund of any item purchased on the Site must be made as described below.

- Annalisa Brogi in Aethernal will check whether the returned products are actually in their original condition, must not have been worn, washed, or in any way deteriorated or show any sign of use. Without prejudice to the right of the same to claim compensation for any damage or mismatch with the products delivered to the customer.

-The products must be equipped with all the pendants, original labels, identification tag intact and equipped with all the original accessories (hangers, clothes covers, etc.)

-The cost of the shipment of the return in Italy is flat-rate quantified in 10euro.

-The Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the items to our warehouse. It will be verified that the items meet all the terms and conditions returned.

-The timing may vary slightly depending on the bank circuit of the credit card used.

-Annalisa Brogi in Aethernal will not be held responsible in the event of loss of returned products, shipments to incorrect addresses or delays in delivery of returned products, it being understood that the customer assumes all risk of such shipment.

Liability for defective products:

- Annalisa Brogi in Aethernal is responsible for any defect of the products offered on the Site, including the non-conformity of the articles with the products ordered, pursuant to the provisions of Italian law and Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code, -In the field of consumer protection, which applies the corresponding Community Directives and, in particular, the principles and procedures established by the European Directive 1999/44/EC).

This warranty is valid provided both of the following conditions are met:

- In the event of a dispute, the courts of the consumer’s place of domicile or residence shall have jurisdiction under the law applicable or, at the consumer’s choice, in the event of action by the consumer.
