Verification of the correctness of the payment data communicated by the customer is the sole responsibility of PayPal.
- The shipment of the order takes place only after the verification of the customer’s PayPal data, which we have carried out with the bank, and after receiving the authorization to debit PayPal address.
-If one or more products are unavailable, only the price and shipping costs of the available products will be charged.
-Limitations in the delivery of products
- Products sold on the Site may only be purchased and delivered in the countries indicated above (Article 2.1). -The cost of the shipment of the return in Italy is flat-rate quantified in 10euro.

-For orders paid by Paypal or Bank Transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account. Returns:
-If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the items not worn can be returned for size change, or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The cost of the return by changing size or article is free once per purchase. The cost of the return with refund is 10 euros.

-The garments must not have been washed, altered or otherwise used.

-The return by size or item change once per purchase is free of charge.
-Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received
together with order.
-Each garment must be returned together with the original box, which is considered part
which must not have been in any way damaged and/or altered, or
used as the sole outer packaging.
-Annalisa Brogi in Aethernal reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with all the conditions.
In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
Refund:
Refunds will be processed as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the item is completed
rendered.
-For orders paid by credit card the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days, and
will be visible on the next statement of account of the card.
-The timing may vary slightly depending on the bank circuit of the credit card used.
For orders paid with PayPal, the amount will be returned immediately to the account.
-Annalisa Brogi in Aethernal will not be held responsible in the event of loss of returned products, shipments to incorrect addresses or delays in delivery of returned products, it being understood that the customer assumes all risk of such shipment.
Liability for defective products:
- Annalisa Brogi in Aethernal is responsible for any defect of the products offered on the Site, including the non-conformity of the articles with the products ordered, pursuant to the provisions of Italian law and Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code, -In the field of consumer protection, which applies the corresponding Community Directives and, in particular, the principles and procedures established by the European Directive 1999/44/EC).
This warranty is valid provided both of the following conditions are met:

b) the customer submits a formal complaint regarding the defects within a maximum of 2 months from the date on which the defect was recognized by the latter.
In particular, pursuant to Article 130 of the Consumer Code, in case of non-compliance, the customer will be entitled to obtain the restoration of conformity of the products at no cost, by repair or replacement, or to obtain an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract in respect of the disputed goods.

- The costs of returning defective products or for non-compliance of the products with the order (erroneous article, damaged products, etc. ) will be borne by Annalisa Brogi in Aethernal.
-Limitation of liability
- Annalisa Brogi in Aethernal shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damage and, in particular, shall disclaim any liability for any loss of profit resulting from the purchase of Annalisa Brogi products in Aethernal through the Site.
-Disputes
-These General Conditions are governed by Italian law and will be interpreted according to it, including Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code), with particular reference to Title III [of Part III]Chapter I, Section II of the Consumer Code and Legislative Decree No. 70 of 9 April 2003 (Regulation on electronic commerce), without prejudice to any other overriding overriding rule of the customer’s country of habitual residence.
